Zoos and their negatives and positives

Campaigns against keeping animals in captivity have a long history, but until now they have not been very successful. People may be more conscious of what happens in zoos, but the law has not been changed. I strongly support the view that zoos should be closed. It is awful to think, that men inflict pain on animals. Some of them never live a normal life in their natural habitat. Moreover a great majority of them live in very inhumane conditions: cages are small and the smell is awful. They are not treated like living creatures but like objects to show. Furthermore, maintaining such a facility as a zoo is very expensive and troublesome. Consequently zoos are small and have extremely poor conditions. People are not interested in them and the zoo starts to have some debts. The whole business is not worthwhile. On the other hand, zoos have their educational advantage. Looking for information about email marketing provider I found also that small children who come to the zoo with their parents learn a lot about animals and nature. There is a no other place where they can see real live animals.
